Ingredients:
8 lean lamb chops
Marinade:
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander pwd
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp hot english mustard (or substitute olive oil with mustard oil)
1 tbsp mint flakes (Pudina)
1-2 finely chopped red chillies
Juice from 1 lime
1 tbsp chickpea flour (Besan)
Crush 2-3 flakes garlic
- Add salt to marinade ingredients , mix well.
- Coat lamb chops with marinade, leave for 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill, and cook chops for approximately 6 minutes on each side.
- Cover with foil and leave to rest for 3 mins before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Goes well with vegetable pilau, and raita.
